First of all, MLH you seem to be a cheering squad for anything anti-FS. It's quite funny. Dex not being HC has nothing to do with attitude. To be honest, you didn't deserve it, and I still don't know what happened that got you in while I was away.

Second, when you as our diplo posted on our forum after ending the NAP, you said nothing about JT waiting for confirmation for Mezz. Nice convenient fail. Now, I know you have nothing better to do with your time, clearly, but if I see you coming in our threads with your petty grudge again, you can say bye bye to The Machines. Move on. JT don't bother posting on this comment of mine, has nothing to do with you and I won't be listening.

Now, about the issue at hand, no team battle, no 1valliance, what exactly do you guys want? There's no way you thought we'd actually agree to this vendie. Now, when everyone's done pointing fingers, and everyone's ready to talk about a solution -that's not a NAP or DRA - let mezz or freespirit know. It's either team battle or vendie, the way forward is to ignore that 3rd dreadful option.

P.S Mezz wasn't ingame due to RL issues hence the lack of a reply JT. Though, you not using our diplo for communication is hardly our problem.

so what after we say we have a vendie or a team battle, were still gunna farm eachother unless you want another nap to dissolve again?

You know our policy on farming. We do reasonable hits. Have the same from your side and we have no problem.The alliance won't change its core belief because of anyone, you see an unreasonable hit you declare vendie or get a team battle and mass out tensions. One hit policies ruin this game, just like our endless was style did. We adapted for this game. Team battle or vendie is the best either side can get at this point. We're both war based alliances, this shouldn't be that tough.

3) All this nonsense about what was said in our forums weeks ago, back when I was off due to RL stuff, when we still had an NAP, and when people in FS were getting angry because DDE was breaking the NAP almost daily when we were sticking to it. YES there was a discussion about wars, I cant say how much of it you know, or how accurate the quotes you were given were but the overall outcome was that we would simply cancel NAPs that werent being enforced anyways and move on with the Team Battles. Major cancelled the NAP with DDE weeks ago when she was still in FS and was FS Diplo, not our fault if JT didnt take it seriously because it was from her not me, and not our fault JT didnt pass it on to DDE, but at the time since DDE farming on us increased we assumed you all knew, and if you didnt know then you were breaking the NAP therefore it was worthless.

If you ( FS ) is going to bring me up in a thread then I will comment and defend myself. If you think you can treat me poorly like " family" then try to silence me by threatening me than that is your grudge and fail.

I would suggest if you dont want me to comment then leave my name out of your posts, simple as that. I would much rather ignore you and prefer the peace and quiet it brings me

If you insist then I can dig out your post where you said clearly that the NAP had been dissolved and JT had waved the 14 days notice period, you did say to me in PM that JT wanted to speak to me, but that was separate to the NAP being ended which you posted in the forum, JT is always asking to speak to me but since he doesnt get on MSN until 2am my time we never actually meet up.

If you are now changing your story and saying the NAP wasnt cancelled, first I will have to apologise to JT since I had assumed this was an issue his end from what you previous told us, then I will make you a promise, if your mistake restarts the FS-v-DDE war then I will include your new alliance in that war, you dont get the start something like this and walk away.

@ Robert, you mass for fair farm hits, then we will mass back and war will return, maybe thats OK by you since you have a tasty account and like massing lesser accounts for easy kills, but a good alliance member considers his whole alliance not just his own desires, and war will be bad for most of FS and bad for most of DDE, it will just be a return to the old ways of the few strongest massing all the rest.

So I hit a Few AB's my fault there. When there is say 300bil to 500 bil out you tend to take the chance If my stirke would of been like 50 bil high when they got their AB I would have WON those attacks.. Just sayin, I can show many many examples of the exact opposite and the amount of NAQ I stole, and I'm not a turn farmer either..

Now Im not a diplomat HOWEVER if fs would like a chit chat u can pm me about this not going to full out war if thats wat u would like frankly who here wants 3 year war again? we can do it for sure both sides are very stubborn we know that Im proud to be stubborn but if you think of the best for the game is a year plus war in the games interests no.....

I've said in almost every post of mine that an all out war isnt the way to go, I agree it'd be stupidity at its highest caliber. Team battle, vendetta, or walk away and play like we have been for the past few weeks.
