I would not brag about your skill at keeping a 'live' defence with 1k planets armed. Repair costs will not exceed 10m, if they ever get that.. :-s

Having said that, it is a pretty clever tactic. Nice job, LV. ;)

ONE BILLION PLANETS. nice hit. very nice.

Thats total i think my main man, planets destroyed is normal + super *5 (+ assassins depending on the function), i'm pretty sure that's how i set it out...as i didn't show supers and normals separately i just had all converted to singular planets.

Comador wrote:seems to me that it is still taking to long ( dragging on days ) needs to be 3 days max ....

my suggestion:

more turns as the time progresses
less phasing as the time progresses

on third day count down
triple turns
bigger rewards = dmu + planets

and then a last 6 hours = unlimited turns, NO phasing, NO extra dmu, NO extra planets ... time to make it or be killed

if still to many players in last 1 hour.... if players are not on playing they are eliminated and no rewards ( rewards only go to playing accounts )

Sounds like another playing style arena, not what a solid base should be ;)

There were 127 odd people in the arena, piling up more turns and forcing them out will make it pretty crap in the end. It will go slower as more people join.

Suggestion: Bring back autoboot but make it more fair. I think its really needed as an added incentive at this point. Planets destroyed rather turns used might be an idea.

That would also force people to build at least some stats, to prevent being ranked last. ;)

Anything based on planets killed is usually a bad idea :P

And Juliette I think jim meant basing being booted by the amount of planets killed, not how much you loose or build, so it isn't really an incentive.
Although that being said I have thought of doing it already, but all that will happen is people slaughtering large chunks of planets, that's it. It isn't really fair to the people who level and eventually slaughter someone, which they end up using many turns for crap all planetary destruction. Which is really why i was only stuck with the 'who used the most turns' to define someones activity, and it really is the only way.

Also there isn't any bugs , I had like two this round, giving planets out and a minor redirection juliette kindly spotted out to me which was fixed.
Anything extra were suggestions.

The planet distribution was the main bug and its a pretty big one.

As far as suggestions go...you should impliment the "Best average" rankings in as well now ;) *cough* and give MASSIVE rewards to the person who has the current best average *cough*
