I think if HE really wanted to get massed back, he'd build a setup where he'd actually lose something if massed, not his little 5 mil def weapons Not really sporting now is it?

I agree.

But HE and a few others have been massed and we haven't retaliated the only ones that we have retaliated on are the ones that decided to bring other Allegiances into it.

As fir rebuilding there are few accounts that would prefer to some caller stats...HE is catering for them...but he/we will rebuild.. Otherwise we would be like Guild.
