why do they make this updates, if all kind of bugs show up :S

Yes, admin makes effort. I appreciate that. I really do; Still - Where I work, we live of our custommers. Something tells me that so does admin.

I am not complaining abot the problems... Problems happend, and that's ok. But communicate! That's the most important thing a company can do. It's over 2pm for admin, and nothing has been said at all...

Not from any support teams, not from admin - not from anyone that can give a timeframe...

Just my thoughts...

Re CAP:

As far as i know this error in the broker started with the adding of the login ( key code which, if you happen to log in around a turn change requires that you enter a new code, as it up dates

well, I may not be in as bad a predicament as most other ppl here.
BUT, I rely on trading UU and such to get my resources...

I just hope that its fixed VERY soon, and that in the future, admin try and put off updates till monday, that way they have 5 working days before they take a few days rest and relaxation.

but good for them for beleiving in a REAL weekend!

Relax.

It's a problem, granted, but just because someone doesn't post for a while doesn't mean they don't give a crap. There's a couple of people bordering on flaming the very guy that makes this game exist. And where would you all be without him?

I can understand everybody's frustration as I use the broker a lot myself but we all survived without the broker before.

It is a great tool and one of the many great improvments to the game.

If people keep blaming the admins too much, they may decide to take it away forever.

Please be patient.

On the other hand.
I am sure that if we could get a one line message from admin with the latest it would sooth everybodies nerves.
One of the main reasons people are getting upset is the lack of communication.

Well... I actually disagree there...

10 years ago I had dialup. Now I have xDSL. My grandmother didn't have a phone, and her grandmother didn't have a car.

If I have problems with my DSL-line and the dsl-company asks me to take the train and pick up the data I need I can assure you they loose custommers...

Yes, we managed before. And we didnt even have COMPUTERS! Is that an excuse for a delivered system to not work? Nope!

As I said yesterday: Admin does a terriffic job!

But the communication-part could be better. I don't even ask Admin to tell us. Let the support-team in on it, and let them tell us... Just a timeframe.

Has anyone at all heard enough to know that Admin even KNOWS about the problem yet??? THAT is a mainconcern to me...

I'm also still suffering form NOT being able to accept a private trade , does anyone have an ETA on a fix or has Admin posted a response i might have missed
