I don't remember that being proven? It was only assumed - On most websites about Goa'uld tech they assume it was Apophis' or perhaps Sokars. Can't be proven - the fact is their goa'ulds. Apophis used the technology, that's what counts.
If it has, please tell me when and where it was stated it was Sokars.

Good point. There is no doubt Nirrti was one of the greatest Goa'uld scientists. Including Anubis and others.

it wasnt from the nox, far from it, it has NEVER been shown that the nox use devices for invisability.
Also it hasnt been stated but it has been said many times that apophis stole sokar's fleet, and thus his technology
and as for nirrti was she even around in season 3, she only made a personal appearance later didnt she?

Your correct about one thing, he took over Sokar's stuff. How ever, it was never stated who made the invisibility tech for Ha'taks. The Goa'uld DID have it on ships before, but never Ha'taks (that is known of to the tok'ra) and that alone a fleet of them. Apophis could have devoloped that after he took Sokar's stuff, and he could have stolen it from Sokar or possibly someone else. We will perhaps never find out.

we wont, but it is highly unlikely that this is apophis's technology, he hadnt had it up to then, also considering he stole sok'ars realms and sokar was the most advanced goa'uld it is fairly safe to say that it was sokar's
