Hi admin! Can you get around to restoring my account? Or at least changing the passwords and telling me so I have access? Sue sent me an email saying she'd past it on to you a few days ago, so you know, much love if you could do that sometime soonish, as it's been nearly a week.

Hey, got a small problem - Both me and my brother play SGW but we share the same PC and therefore the same IP, we cant trade or get commander/officer bonuses. Any chance you could fix this? (if you need proof we're not a multi then just say what you need :) )

Please note: If you have supporter status (ability to transfer goods between players) you will LOSE the ability to transfer between accounts who have shared the same IP/computer. This means that if player A logs into player Bs account, player A can no longer transfer to player B and visa versa. If player A and player B log into the same computer, they cannot transfer to each other either (again not without an exception granted by emailing support@stargatewars.com with your ID/playernames, and legitimate reason why you would be sharing the same internet location).

hi Admin, tried sending an email but its playing up,heres my problem,i was assended then became a daimon(prophet) didnt like it so became an asgard,last week i assended and became a messia,but i dont have access to my assended account.
I also seem to be loosing a lot of troops in battle,as if i was still a daimon.

Dear Admin(s),

The person who stole my account recently sent this message:

"Hi Engyma, the password is 27176195. Please log in and correct your email address =) YOu will be send another password change to your correct address. thank you Amdin Sue"

I wish to thankyou for allowing the hacker access to my old account while ignoring me, the legitimate owner, so kind of you. That and the lack of reply make me wonder why on earth I bother with this game. You respond to a known and serial hacker/scammer, known as Hellboy, IceQueen and a variety of other names, giving them account details while you ignore me, a player who has never been involved in rule breaking in nearly 2 years.
