so there's nothing Forum could do 'bout it? if so this is not "upgrade" but "downgrade" imho.

Which bits? .


1) He could add a new skin, but there's a high probability that it won't work upon the next 2 or so upgrades... Those upgrades will span over months, and each time an upgrade's made the style author will take at least a few days to adjust to the new code. Also, it's quite unlikely style authoring will be their main priority in life, so it will probably take them at least a week, most likely more (3 weeks to a month+) if it's a complex style. Meaning the forum would be stuck on this or any other skin they could find until it's done...

2) Don't think you want anything done about smileys .

3) Showing offline/online is a good thing - but that's a phpBB3 feature, not a SGW one . My point was praise/criticism to the software really belongs on the software's forum .

yep looks good...I'm back in prosilver skin though, the subsilver2 is too like old subsilver

maybe not "perfect" but much, much better (i like the colors)

Ok, ithink there are to many updates at once........i hated the one those fast buttons for spy,sabb and farming but i got used to it but seriously........this is horrible!!!

The previous update didnt have a bad effect on my health....but i am just a minute here and my eyes hurt like never before.......give back the good old forum.....it is here very very long so why change something that worked great?????
If this forum stays as it is than i will possibly stop coming on the forum...my eyes are more important.........this is one of the worsest ideas changing it,i dont for what are you waiting....GIVE BACK THE GOOD OLD FORUM

Well, this is the phpBB3 forum, the old one was a 2nd version of it...and there is no subsilver skin in 3rd version IIRC...nor solaris
We had the same issue on alliance forum, now we have a nice (much darker)skin and its OK, All it takes is time, for people to get used to it.
And pliz, be patient, game is down, there is new forum, I bet admins have tons of work to, so be happy about new forum and think of new skin later...

Why most people want dark skins? They make me sleep
