The excuse oh we use time to "help the community" so I can't build a good account is a pathetic excuse. As I said above, stand down and you can build your account. You should not have any in game advantages and thats
You havent seen my account lately? And yes once again I agree with no ingame advantages for mods.
Let me say it again I AGREE with no ingame advantages for mods!!!!!
Dont see what a name change hurts but I also have not used the feature and will not.
Ummm Lore, I didn't write that. LOL that was taken from Ethaniel which I quoted and said i agree with, and BTW I was agreeing with the first half...

Uhm, I don't think any of the people raising concerns in this, or any other thread, have said they're jealous or seriously implied that they'd like a title of their own. People are taking umbridge with the reasoning behind the titles, and the fact they exist, not because they have some deep unfulfilled longing for an extra line under their name. You're just spamming and lowering the tone of the discussion.

I personaly do think mods deserve alittle something for all the crap the general public seems to throw at us (Some deserved, some not). Either way we give up our time with our R/L's and game time to try to do something for the community so I do feel we deserve some recognition ingame for it.
The titles were nice, I like them even tho I haven't changed mine. As for the MT I do feel that was too much. No ingame advantage should be offered as that leads to mods who do it for the advantage, not for the good of the community.
Now i've proven you did indeed say you deserve some recognition INGAME for it, I can say you're clearly back peddling and trying to twist your way out of your own words.
Now before you say you said the other part I also put in bold, i'll clarify you said no ingame advantage shuold be given that leads mod to do it for the advantage and not for the good of the community, meaning you do agree with ingame rewards, as you said above.
Next.
Let me explain, Recongnition and ingame advantages are 2 different things where i come from. You have proven me false. Agree with a mod being given a pat on the back for working for free with possible a NAME CHANGE is giving an ingame advantage.
You win mate

Now, will FS come onto the forums and admit to breaking the forum rules, where he denied the "new moderator update" ?

Being given recognition in game can easily mean extra things other normal players dont have access to, from a fancy title, to free UU/spy levels.
Its like at work, being recognized for being a great employee, you get employee of the month, which comes with a meat basket and perhaps some gift certificates.
The point is, its very easily used to describe both circumstances, so perhaps being more clear in your posts would avoid being attacked for your words posted, and i'm happy you agree that mods shouldn't get any advantages, now if only all the team felt that way and the topic wasn't raised to begin with, none of this would of happened.
You can't blame people for reacting badly to such news, nor can you punish a mod/admin for standing up for whats right and telling the people whats really going on... cause I really do wonder how many admins/mods would of spoken against this "change" if it was a secret...
fact is no one can answer that, we must lie and wonder about it..

Big kick in the anthill and the 'conspiracy' is revealed!!!
I remember there was A LOT of people applying for being mods by the way...and there are quite some, as any section has its special mod(s)!
Getting a fourth MT? That would be a great attraction if you want more mods applying lmao
About double standards there has always been and will always be, even if they are dormant for xy amount of time, they always come back, then a big topic revealing the whole thing pops up and another kick in the anthill comes around!!!

Again yes recognition can mean those things, but I meant being recognized with a name change. some text being different.
I still do not agree with any ingame advantages for mods. I think i didnt express myself properly. When I said recognition I was refering soley to the title change aspect and thats all.

There is something very ironic going on here
ETL as banned for blowing the whistle on these Mod player advantages
In the past ETL has been the player accused of getting advantages from Admin and flammed by the community.
Oh how things come full circle.

the only thing i wonder about is
rhett has done so many things for thsi game helped admin out in the past and done many things
now he is banned for nothing at all its stupid and immoral all of the mods in question should just ask themselves wat am i trying to achieve here
by banning rhett u have proved that u cant handle criticism of actions and are making up stuff to degrade a player who has alot of respect of the most of the community even if people dont like him he gets respect
atleast he has shown us wat admin was planning and already implemented god knows wen we would have found out or not if we ever did
why is everything such a big secret the mods should be the ones setting the example and telling us wat i going on instead of telling fibs and ignoiring allaince rues that they set out to withold
so guys tell us the trusth and unban rhett b4 u make more mistakes

Also shaitan whats discussed in the mod area stays in the mod area. Therefor youre acces to the mod area isnow removed
How about mods get nothing? I mean you guys did apply for the job. Admin didnt make you take it. How about giving back to the community? I mean sure keeping the forum in shape but thats just like a police. Why don't you just give your extra MT away? That could help the community out, after all thats what you guys want

Replijake, if you are going to post a copy of one of my posts you need to post what I said before it. That single post doesn't give an accurate representation of my opinion.
It is, at the absolute best, misleading... especially, regarding the context of me saying 'people will be none the wiser'.
