I've got USS and SS from about 2 eras (might be 3, not sure) ago and I only recieved bonus at the begining - once I changed my race to replicator it was gone...

I double dog dare you to sab me into stone age, like you promised/threatened me to do. If you read all of the Q forums you'd see it's virtually impossible to sab in this stage and won't be possible to do so in the near future either.

according to what Forum said, it is now fixed... so most likely noone has those 10% anymore... he didnt say what it was that caused it, or what he did to fix it...

he said what he did to fix it...smth with the word which starts with "n", didn't remember the rest of it golden fish memmory
