This plane probably required skill to fly.

That being said, I don't think George is as dumb as he looks, thats impossible but you'd think he could maybe get some self-help tapes. "The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain".

Whereas we have a former jet-fighter pilot.

And intersting for those intersted in facts, research what jet he flew (until he got out a little early cause the type of plain was being phased out) and its saftey record (not the best ;) )

A former jet pilot for what?

Last time I looked America didn't have a monarch?

oh - and while we're on about jet engines and what not - a) who do you think invented them, and b) who now produces the best engines in the world?

a) Sir Frank Whittle - British
b) Rolls Royce - British

heh, heh!

Next!

Last time I checked, the Queen had no power at all and was just a figurehead. So why are you guys comparing her to the President. If your trying to make a comparison, use the Prime Minister.

lol - I've got a few phots that I use in a couple of training presentations I deliver - they're to do with how people perceive things - and these phots don't show GWB in a particularly good light.

Two I can remember are GWB being pointed out something while looking through a set of binoculars (with the lens caps on) and the other is him sitting in a classroom trying to look interested during a reading session - with the book upside down.

I'll try and dig 'em out.

lmao!

The British weren't - it was an American who brought the Queen into it.

And, actually, the Queen does have certain powers - she can in certain circumstances (not just general elections) dissolve parliament. All bills must be given Royal Assent by the Queen before they are made law. The power to confer peerages and knighthoods without ministerial approval. Her Majesty also has the power to conclude treaties, to declare war and to make peace, as well as the power to recognise foreign states and governments and to annex and cede territory.

Lets see...hmm..she is the head of the common wealth.. thats a lot of power as far as I knew..but hey..lol..what are several countried compared to a lying president? furthermore, the queen can disband british parliment at her own discretion, she can take any piece of land in the common wealth or maybe just england, never to sure on that, and she can declare war or peace.

Oh..and she can command her corgies to eat bush. The queen has lots of power...

"Tribal sovereignty means that; it's sovereign. I mean, you're a — you've been given sovereignty, and you're viewed as a sovereign entity. And therefore the relationship between the federal government and tribes is one between sovereign entities."

Any one of USA, Russia or China could destroy the world...period.

Noone controls the world per say, but that isn't to say US couldn't beat Russia or vice versa...it's just that noone would be left to see the end.

England is a vital country because of it's ties to over a third of the world, which is why US always wants them as allies, plus they're an awesome country with a leader in Tony Blair who is ten times the speaker as Bush. That said, no country can match the US navy, military or air force when considering size, strength and technology.

It's all moot anyway as there will be no big wars anymore as it isn't worth it. We'll just have these little wars like Iraq atm that are just chess matches between bigger powers.

Oh and EPA did come from the TA long long ago. You might not remember that mister omegan as it was before you guys were number one...
