Because even OE HC says they are not at war with TL

So which is it, your meant to be running this Empire yet do not even know what is going on.

I would say go speak to TL members because they have agreement with OE not to join this Terran family war.

im happy too mass stats any stats in ascended worth it and TL is merged yea we are TAF renamed to TERRAN family as DDE have their name changes so do we and this is the fist name change TAF had in years.
and the amount of renames within DDE is more than what i change the hairstyle.
what does it matter
im in Terran family and at war with TDD,OE and TO if they even exist anymore.

DDE is at war with TAF , we was also at war with TL, so when u merge we was at war with u both.

Makes 0 difference being Terran family vs DDE.

Now pls read this over and over again till you see what im am saying.

TAF then merged with TL

TL is not at war with OE.

So this can not be Terran family vs OE , as TL is not part of the war with OE.

TL doesnt have to be at war with OE but the merger cant be split between TAF n Terran as its the same alliance.

the empire as a whole is at war, which specific parts of the empire choose to do the massing is entirely up to them.

Really because when talking with High Empty and Clockwork your HC members they say your not at war with TL.

The merger was Taf and TL ( just 1 alliance) which then formed Terran Family.

Now if TL is not fighting the 1 alliance that joined to make Terran family, it can not be Terran family vs OE.

Its almost saying DDE merges with yoda alliance , we now call areselfs Cookie family .

Cookie family vs OE, ( btw yodo alliance is not part of this war)

It would still be DDE vs OE.

Its just does not make sense so you go back to the alliance name or alliances involved unless said alliance has surrendered or declared themselves out, which neither has been done.

Really shocking , it really is so many ppl do not know WTH is going on in their own empires.

Yes. As i'm sure a TL Senate member will be here shortly to confirm: The topic title is correct, and has been since it was adjusted. If DDE do not know who outside of their empire is at war, I suggest they add extra investment in their intelligence department. Ditto for OE members if they are not aware of their own relations.

I do however agree that very few, if any, alliances can be deemed to be "highly active" at this point in the game.

Lots of he said / she said going on here, so I will give OE's stance on this just to be clear.

OA and TL had a good war about a year ago, which for the most part was kept in good spirits and certainly ended in good relations, both sides having had good fun. OA have no issues with any TL members, and consequently have no interest in warring them.

OE are at war with TA, but do not consider the original TL members to be part of that war, unless the original TL members wish to op-in and partake in it, in which case all they need do is send a PM or start massing. Until that happens, we will not be massing them. We consider the merger of TAF and TL to be a consolidation related to the DDE&co wars that both TAF and TL were in prior to becoming TA.

It might have been a different story if we (TAF & OE) had managed to keep this war in good spirits, but sadly that didn't happen and I personally have no wish to include anybody else in this festering mess which I consider an embarrassing failure on both sides.

This war was never going to be in good spirits. You don't get good spirited wars when one side wants to maintain a fairly long standing peace and the other wants to mass things for sport. As long as Omega is Omega, this will never be civil.

In other news, thanks for the defenses ETL and Mister Empty. It seems High Empty got descended...again...I should go shake someone's hand over that.

High Empty getting decended shows he realy dont care for the game anymore it wouldnt of happend a few years back.

Seams DDE knows more about Terran Family's politics and external affairs then their own command. Perhaps you need Reborn on your Senate ?
