Common time notation starts the day at 00:00, hence the choice to use 00:00 and not 24:00.
I'd bet my left ear on it that the final shots are permitted until and on Tuesday 23:59:59

Ahh, but I have nothing to do with that bet. I just saw it awhile ago and was waiting for the perfect time to post. It's a bit soon but none the less, he hasn't posted.

I was going for last minute mass on slayer but his def was bigger than expected.
