Im assuming you mean down per turn?
If so have you trained spies or lost troops in combat?
That would explain why...

so the more spies you have the less
you get a turn?

the equation is this (untrained +attack+defense)-spies * 20 = Naq per turn

So 10 untrained plus 10 attack plus 10 defence - 10 spies = 400 a turn......I think.

Hmm

Yes, absolutely Nasedo, thanks mate... the only exception to that rule is when you are Goa'uld you get 25% more so the equation is thus...

untrained+attack+defence*25=your Naq per turn :)

Naquada is completely and utterly delicious on it's own in a soup entre, or as part of a main course, thinly sliced and layered over some chiabatta, and drizzled with a little balsamic. You can use it also as a kind of savoury pudding, by serving it with a few crackers, water biscuits and cheese nibbles, preferably with coffee and/or a brandy.

...you do need a mouth made from asbestos though kids, so.. don't try this at home, the symbol emblazoned lovelyness of the cast irony goodness on a star gate looks very chunky and metalic like a big metal Yorkie Bar, but.. don't put it in your mouth unless your mouth is lined with asbestos (which, incidentally, is highly toxic and can kill you, dead).

EDIT: Better? btw... logically, if you open an event horizon, at that precise moment in time every conclusion ever was is or will be would conclude, immediately.. that would bring a rather quick end to the series tho, so i think they used artistic lisence and took that part out ;)

*coughs* ghost.. the water stuff is the event horizon of a wormhole.. naq is what makes up the rings of the gate and the gate itself...

I have 85 spies and they are level 5 is this good?

Yeah it is. Having level 7 or 8 is much better though, as that is what the better sabotagers have. I'm aiming for level 12!!!

in my opinion this is a good covert strike for mid range gameplay (it ain't gonna get you to page one) ...however, it is a poor covert defence if indeed you are finding yourself in need of a defence against covert attacks, i'd say double it (either buy another 85 spies, or the next spy level upgrade.. whichever seems to you to be the more viable solution)

again, if you merely want to lower your targets defences this is fine for a quick hit on a highly gaurded amount of Naq (thanks for the explaination guys, that was never mentioned in the film) , this is fine and will get you what you want, albeit at the cost of some of your spies. For a defence against an enemy sabotaging you, it needs to double to be respectable.

The best combination is probably something like

2-300 spies
level 7/8 covert

thanks Guilty, for that broad scope on the matter, however some folk may want to know why thats the answer... comparison of cost? purpose of upgrade/purchase, no i'm sorry bud but your post is just too darned unspecific, there is to much flippancy there me thinks.

it does provide an easy target to aspire to tho, if you are simply out to chuck money around and boast.. yeah level 8 and 9 are both respectable, and 200-300 spies is great, however... you must choose the best path to this goal in order to get there in all efficiency ;)

If u mean the actual amount you had has gone down without you spending it then welcome to stargate wars u've been attacked if hte amount you get per turn has fallen then you either suffred casuilites or trained spies .
