Decension Adjustments

I'm tired of and hearing of all the complaints of Ascension. So this is my first solution to one problem.
Problem,
1/3 max rule allows those with limited Max Life Force and Very high life force generation to not be descened without doing anything.
Solution
If after an ascended battle, it says you are still engaging in the fight or too busy recovering... Anyway, point it is, you have to wait 3hours before you can engage in another ascended battle
"You are/have/will already engaging in an Ascended Battle right now (either by you, or on you)! You estimate 2.72 realtime hours before you will have finished"
Adjustment 1, during the few hours after an ascended attack, while the account is recovering, it doesn't gain life force from Energy Channeling.
--This prevents players from recovering life force naturally
--Channeling Only, Flow isn't affected
Now one of you says this won't change anything because of amount of DMU generated per turn or can be farmed and then converted to LF. SO....
Adjustment 2, In the cosmic trade, it say you convert the DMU to Life Force. I propose is that during those few hours after a battle, you can't convert DMU to life force and vice versa because your too tired from or currently engaging in the battle to start the process.
Now, this doesn't make it too easy to descend someone. Players can still easily have lots of cache that they can put into reserves, and building a defense to hold back ascended attacks has never been easier in my opinion.
So this in no way makes desension too easy, just possible maybe. If not, then I will work on more ideas, but I don't want to jump from one extreme to another, because that clearly isn't a good thing and usually causes more problems.
