War Suggestion

I know this was beten to death in the CoP vs CIA war and a ton of suggestions came out of that of how you can total revamp the war system.
This is not one of them but mearly a quick addition to the current war system.
What I am proposing is that when an alliance declares war with another alliance.
1.The initiating alliances lose all ability to nox/crit and ppt. Tthe initiating alliance must have at least 50% of the power of the other alliance to start the war Then the other alliance loses the ability to nox/crit and ppt as well. If at any point the initiators go below 50% the other alliance regains the ability to nox/crit and ppt.
The reasoning for this is that really in a war nox/crit and ppt just get in the way of the war and really make it so that the larger opponent has a huge advantage. Now the need to maintain 50% is so that the initiator doesn't just sell their def. Also if you are on ppt when the war starts or can go on ppt anytime during the war your ppt will not be canceled due to the war. Also the reasoning for the power requirement is to stop people from creating an alliance with 1 person just to declare war.
2.The members of the alliance are locked no one can join/leave or alliance disbanded for the 5 days or what ever it is.
The reason for this is so you can't just disband your alliance to get ride of the problem of no ppt.
3.After the 5 day period is up everyone is given a free ppt so they may recover and also so that wars do not just go on and on and on.
4.If the damage of at least one side of the war is not a sufficient amount(not determined) all accounts that were in the war lose 90% of their income and UP for 7 days.
The reasoning behind this is so that people don't abuse the system to get a free ppt by just creating an alliance and declaring war so their must be some real damage done. Also this is so that wars don't turn into just farm feast and who is the most stub urn. Wars are fun but after 2 weeks they are just pointless it is just who has no RL and can farm the most.
