Well as long not any indu or tolah are in, it means simply it's ori empire plus few from best ascended race, afterall not bad idea to accept few from BEST ascended race (AJNA)!

Joking apart, Anja is what I should of followed being the first of the three Purushas but the warmth of the light made me choose Ori .

Just because they are not listed as true Ori, does not mean that they will not work up to becoming a true follower of the Ori. I have personally asked many of them to join, as they all show potential to be great Ori.
