I have been offended by Spacey. He stated that he didn't call me a woman. You decide. This is exacly what I saw at 2:24 am forum time when I was offended:

What do you think. At the time I read it, at 2:24, did Spacey call me a woman? Note I tried to get him to admit he was wrong on MSN, but he woun't admit his action. It is now up to you to say if he called me a woman or not.

Seems the majority agree. Even if it's tied its agreed that many people believe he called me a woman which was very immature...

And well.. as you all know.. I can get pretty nasty..soooo.. expect Spacey to post our MSN convo. I deny nothing I've said and am proud of every single word. I mean business as Ombudsman. Mods will no longer get away with RL insults on others.

I am not afraid of moderators like Spacey who think they are gods. He earlier stated : "Choose your words wizely"

Please keep the spam out. I wanted a mediator between Ero and I, he said no. He first suggested that the community should decide/see what they say, so this is my comprimise.

Please treat this seriously.

is this what we elected our ombudsperson to do?
pick at the mods for every little thing they do, wither intentionally refering to a specific person, or trying to cover future possibilities?

if so, i think we don't need an ombudsperson.

And yes the people picked me for one of these reasons.

My job and intents are posted in the mod section. It may look now like I'm against mods, but that is wrong. I am against mods who think are gods and think they can do/say anything they want. I praise the mods who do a good legitimate job and i will fight to make sure people know they are good mods.

When I read it on the mod forum I figured he just phrased it as such because the 'ombudsman' position is not a permanent position, but one that will change hands from time to time. So if an official set of rules were to be made then ombudsman/ombudswomen(although I am not sure if that is a word or not), would be more appropriate for longterm. I think later someone else suggested ombudsperson be used.

wow, even worse, an ombudsperson who doesn't even know the status of the users...

I am NOT a mod, I am NOT an admin, I have not been either for MONTHS.
I am a user, and as that, I can claim that "we"(the community) shouldn't have elected(since thats what the community does) someone as immature, and presumptuous as you.

you took a generic comment, which I would take as covering future people who hold your current position, and from that, took offense. if I was to do that, you'd have already insulted me by now.

do we want to make the mods, and even the users watch every little word they say? cause that's the path which your heading towards.
