I heard her new song, and I must admit that it's catchy... it really is, and I'm no fan of her.
I like the beat/tempo. There is a voice with hard beats throughout the song.
I think what is great is from 2:07 to 2:20. Her voice going up and down in pitch with the beats in the background.
Then from 2:24 to 2:40! Listen to the beats and tempo! It's great!
A lot of people will say "Britney! gross!", but hear the song out and focus on the areas I mentioned.
You can get it on youtube if searching for "BritneyTV" (her channel) or searching for "Britney Spears - Piece of Me (POM) [OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO]"

I've been following her recent fall from grace with great amusement.
'Hit Me Baby One More Time' is still a classic, though.

plus she failed to hand them over... a bit of a standoff so to speak occurred if memory serves... i havent been keeping tabs on the situation. shes disappointed me so many times for me to hold her in the status of 'idol'. shes supposed to be a rolemodel...
but thats a rant for another place at another time.

i realize now, after now being married, that i had a chance to have my way with Britney, i mean very woman (wife excluded) has been so mess up in the head, that i would have a real good chance lasting unhappiness with her.

I know what you mean about that song being catchy. I don't follow any artists career any more than what the covers of gossip rags in the checkout lanes say-coz I really don't care at all about any artists personal life. I though Britney's music had gone to hell starting with the song "I'm a slave 4 U". But yes, piece of me has some real catchiness to it. I still like some of her earlier songs as well.
