Who is Tokra?

whos this guy? people seem to be pretty scared of him
Meh, I shall skip on the topic searches.
Let me preface by saying i actually liked Tok'ra... however -
He really went out of his way to be disruptive of the mod team, albeit I feel in several cases it was justified. He was also relatively powerful ingame, though afaik usually as a sniper account.
His forum fame comes mostly from his repeated bannings... and repeated ban-dodging... as well as a leak on the inside of the mod team. Meh, I wasn't around last December for his most recent ban/disruptions.
Anyway - as to his character, I find this to be an effective summary of my personal experience with him.

However, as tempting as it is to decend another mod (just ask buck :p ) your reply made me larf. Therefore you are spared.
Deffinitly not innactive, even if I dont play for rank in this crap server.
Just ask Geisha, ETL, and KGC who tried to decend me last war (was funny as hell, cause only KGC did more damage than he got back rofl)
And buck of course got decended (funny too, as soon as he got hit, omega tags appeared on his account lol)
