Attack bug?

Ok so this guy keeps attacking me his attack Strike Action: 53,135,475,744 my def Defensive Action 81,416,601,600 I mean I don't get it. I always lose. my def is the same for a month. and I still lose.... 61,894,008,422 62,991,073,496 and he has no attack planets....
