Not that impressed - Not with the weapon systems, but with the 'futuristic' label. Most of these systems were proposed waaay back - and only now getting the funding/R&D.
Really, this quote from a site patron says it all:
heard recently that these weapons hitting the media were really developed in the 80’s, but they are now reaching a deployable level. One can only imagine the stuff in the experimental phase right now!

I will be very curious to watch the distro.
The HK417 proto has been out for well over a year now - last I looked it is in production and there have been some purchases by the Norwegian army.

looks like HK wanted to make their own Colt M4...
lol i agree with corran, that F2000 is nice but rather than the p90s 'older brother' i prefer the p90 itself.
however i still love the good ol' FAMAS.
