Fluctuating income?

With my commander and my own miners I normally make over 200 mill a turn, but what keeps happening is that this keeps turning in to under 50 mill a turn quite often, seemingly randomly. Is there something I'm missing that is causing this? Last time it happened I mailed support, got no reply but my income went back to normal. Is this in fact something legitimate happening in the game or is it a bug? My commander has checked his other officers and it doesn't appear to happen to them ever.

CO activates Realm Alert/Nox? You have many UU out and then train them? Other than that, not much of an idea.

Confirmed it's not an alert or NOX. It's not just that I'm spending it, I can see that my income per turn used to be over 200 mill a turn and now says 50 mill per turn.

No, never more than 100 as I train them everytime I log in.

your commander can reduce your income from 30% of their income down to 10% of their income dropping your per turn income. If they also reduce their income by nox and critical, you are additionally affected.
