If you attack people, and you have more than one type of weapons and you probably have fleets this button would repair all weapon damage. Instead of having to click on every button.
Pro's:
easier to repair your weapons when raiding / farming
less movement of your hand, so less complaints on using your arm and hand (you shouldn't have any, but less risk is always preferred)
speeding up your computer/browser (in vista with firefox I've some complaints about delays and stuttering of loading wit my browser)
Against:
makes life more easy or even too easy
I'll add up what you comment

Wouldn't hurt, but not worth of admins time... since 99.9% of players use only the best weapons and don't have fleets when farming...
cheers

problem is that it sometime skips one, and with my browser delay (as stated in the main post) More clicking on buttons and switching tabs will increase the frequency of it happening. Very irritating when you listen to music on youtube when it halts for 1 second.

probably the combination vista/firefox/norton is the blame
