Possible multies of a BIG "respected" alliance

Now some informations that lead to the conclusion that they are multies:
- both accounts are very new (created during the war DDE/Omega and co vs TO/CoTO)
- both alliances are very new and with suggestive similar names
- a newbie account usualy doesn`t check the forums to see what alliances are at war and common sense drive them not to mess up with players and alliances that are far older and active, from the game. Not this case. They both are experts at what they are doing, they know exactly what accounts have low defense and attack them. The can`t ever spy the accounts that they are attacking and they attack only at the big haul. This furthermore suggests that they are multies, multies of probably someone who is in the war and on PPT, or multies of someone who has exit the war.
- i have received some messages ingame from "Vultures" and found out that he is a connational and an "ex-city" citizen.
Since this was the first message i got from him, i was very surprised to find that that he is talking romanian and even more surprised i was to see that he knows that i`m romanian too, since i never talked to him. In theory... maybe i know him (his main account), but not this one called "Vultures". My replay was to ask him where does he know me from and how does he know that i`m romanian. His reply was very cryptical, but after that i got this:
Then i got this message that rang my bell who he realy is (but i`m not telling since it`s not a solid proof):
This was the most shoking message i got from him and full of sugestions. Since it`s a message in which he is describing me his strategy and since he is talking like an old friend (i consider him friend... i hesitate wheter to name him or not) it`s damn obvious that "Vultures" is a multi but i will not name the main account that i`m suspecting once again because it`s not a solid proof until the admin will check it. I will give all the informations to the admin if he asks me.
Now the connection between vultures and Rhett Jones... well i don`t see it, but since they are using the same strategy i suppose that they are multies of the same player, or multies of different players. Nevertheless they are multies based on the proofs and arguments brought above.
I will also not name the alliance wich owns these multies, because the main account might have left the war, or may not.
I hope that someone from TO will give more informations whether these 2 accounts have also vultured them or not. Based on the informations they will bring, the alliance will be absolved by the guilt presumption or not.

Currently i`m woring on the MS, next month on UP, etc. I`m perfectly constient that i will get massed everyday, but with this startegy the game is a little more dinamic. This at least i can attack the big players without draggin one of the alliances in war. Somehow a "i pay you to attack that player". For now i`m growing from the naq let unprotected.)
