What does it mean if there are red letters under the amount of Naq in the alfa site?

Looks like this

-90/turn (Or w/e number)

It means you have more naq than your current bank size and you are losing that amount per turn (1% of the excess naq or something along those lines).

Not losing, just leaking out into the open? I think.

Yeah, could be... doesn't happen too often to me, so I might be mistaken

It is when you hve exceeded your bank limit and the number in red shown i taken out of the bank each turn and put into normal naq

this will happen untill you hve enoug naq equal to your bank
