a few questions about assassinations and unit losses when at

question #1

when the enemy's defence is gone you are not supposed to lose any assassins when attacking, and you are supposed to get a +300% bonus to your anti-covert skill in that attack, right?
but when i massed away a cheater's defence some time ago and he had 0 defence i still lost alot of assassins everytime i attacked, and i didnt get any bonus to my assassin skill. why is that? is it not updated untill turn change, or was it that he still got fragments of his MS left that did it?

question #2

it says in the guide that you lose more units if you attack someone more powerful than you, and less units if you attack someone less powerful. how is this "powerfullnes" calculated? is it rank? (ie a ranked 60 is considered more powerful than a person ranked 9000?) or is it just based on the amount of damage in the attack vs the damage in the defence?
if two hits were made with the exakt same ascended level and attack and defence power, would there be any difference if one was ranked 60 and the other ranked 9000 than if they were both ranked 60 and 61 ?

question #3

if you are sabbotaged, would you gain anything from having alot of the cheapest weapons laying around? i.e. would they be targeted first and you would lose alot less naq in destroyed weapons if you have alot of cheap worthless guns laying around?

thanks in advance :)

2. its about strength not rank
3.they get hit first but you still lose the same amount of naq anyway(it hits the others as well)

thanks.
anyone know the answer to the first question too please? :)

and also question #4

if two people have 500b defence, and one is a goa'uld and the other is an ancient god, and they both have 0 ms, will i lose more units attacking the AG instead of attacking the goa'uld ?

same(because its the same power)

but the AG will loose less then the goa'uld because they only need half the troops(even less then half i believe)

3) That is not true hidden, you don't loose the same amount of naq
buying the cheapest weapons is the dumbest thing you can do to avoid getting sabbed.

hmm I should rephrase

Buying more weapons to have all men armed after sabbing is the dumbest thing you can do.
If however you already do it, then buying the cheapest weapons to build up a buffer is the second dumbest thing you can do, comes right after making the choice of actually using that tactic

if you didn't notice the cheap weapons cost over 1.7 times more than the most expensive weapons so obviously if someone came and sabbed you but instead of 10 milion points worth of big weps he killed 10 milion points worth of small weps you'd be far worse off than if you had bought more stronger weapons from the start.

and buying weapons to act as a buffer is a quite noobish method to start with.
again it'd be cheaper to just buy more spies so that no one sane enough in their heads wouldn't bother sabbing.
