Does anyone know what the top cer is? my guess would be about 170-200 mil per day... talking about base not whatever it is after the caps.

I think they go a little bit higher than 130 million. My own is higher than that, and there should be at least six or seven accounts with a better CER than mine.

It gets pretty retardedly expensive to buy CER.
0-800 charisma alone (which would be pretty much necessary to break 150mil CER)
costs.. a whopping.
31,968,302,944,190,000 DMU.
which, with 230k fleets (i know there's higher fleets out there but this is a top-average) gives you 167mil CER.
230k fleets is pretty expensive and it only rises exponentially for both charisma and fleets. Coupled with the very crippling CER modifiers... growth pretty much stops.
Of course, I don't know how much the update changed the CER modifier.. but it cant be too soft because noone took off after the update.

basically all I'm working on for now is my CER-but I'm only managing to increase it by a mil a day or so... (at 95 right now). And yes-the cost is quite high... fortunately-with my farming-or more precisely the beatings I get for it-I don't have to worry about running into that silly 2bil cap.
