I'll take a paragraph or two out of my history(not posted in forum).

First Month or 2. March 05
In the beginning, I started pretty much a straight stat builder with a lone wolf mentality. I didn’t join the forums right away as I sort of just wanted to keep to myself. I did take one look at the forums though. One thread I remember had one person bragging about 6 F-302’s and 2 Ion Cannons. I was going with the policy to not attack anyone. That lasted for about a week or 2. I found out from a few friends who did join at the same time and did attack that attacking provided much needed extra resources and that defenses were not all that great. Fortunately, my no attack policy had paid off. I had 450 AT or so stocked up. This was back when AT came 1 at a time, and, I think back before SS and trading had become available. I remember assembling my strike Team of 5 units, 4 with P90, 1 with and RPG Launcher. I dominated with that team, buying bigger weapons to compliment or replace weaker ones. By the end of the day I had my first F-302. This was one of my happiest/favorite SGW/text based gaming memories. The game was relatively simply back then; no raiding…I don’t even think massing had even become really part of the game, at least not as common as it is now. Turns were precious back then.

When I attacked somebody for 231,000 naq and I was so proud of myself.

That was massive back then.

Then a bit later on when SS was only 20k UU and I still felt like I was getting ripped off, haha.

When getting the largest weapons took about a week of saving to obtain. Oh, and when there was a tiny bank and you had to use your weapons as your bank. (first game strategy GhostyGoo taught me)

Being extremely pleased that I could eventually afford one X302 every day!

The race between the top TA, EPA and OoC players to get to Covert Level 12 - and begging everyone to help! And then bagging ourselves because OoC won!

Massing the crap out of OoC and then waiting for the inevitable retaliation - never quite knew when it was coming then, unlike these days.

Why not create a old skool server without lifers, miners, raid, planets, AC, unlimited ATs? (as Q server was in wave 10)...keep Mothership without fleets, super soldiers, ingame market not generating itself turns, no perg there but alliances and commanders remain. No ascension.

I remember making a poll on omega forums about me reaching level 20 spy or not and being afraid they ll steal my naq while i try to buy it...

The option never was the most attractive to those omega jokers... :D

Then I remember us having our own clicking server where you could click daily for UUs to add to our army sizes and remember that the top clicker would get weekly reward for it

Then I remember the old market the prehistoric one. Jaxin lead it and I tried to implement a forum one and had a temporary irc one and after that the real one came...

I remember eXtremer being Forgive_me"s officer and me being ETL"s and having a go at eachother...

Then remember leaving ETL and when he asked me why, I replied...Rhett you aint talkatative enough!

Then my entire mess up and ending up on omegas traitor list because I was still an unexperienced player...

Then me coming back SF being lead by eX. When it was first time clear Slovenians are really a special nation in this game and us transforming to DBD which then lead to the famous extremer wars...against GA as omega...

Then remember eXtremer stealing my saying which I was going to use after massing ETL. I have entered the lion! Which he rephrased into I shall enter the lion.

I also remember the bastard never did enter it and me doing it on ascension...and basically us two demolishing our acounts on them :D

Then I remember DBD fall apart cause eX didnt want to involve them and me making a promise we ll be united again!

Then me coming back and joining AG back then lead by Mujo and becoming head of AG after a week ](*,)

And after that the famous trio Blahh me and Raven who raided our asses to make dreams become reality

And then finally the final prehistoric move when we created TL reained 3 months hidden to come out and within a week create the biggest war SGW has seen and end the COP era...

Yep I like my history in SGW and am proud of it and I know that I am here and I made that history because of ppl who stood beside me in past or present...
And I also know that I ll continue to make history and hope it will leave a mark in SGW...a positive mark which ppl will be glad to remember!

no ingame market if you maker an "olde schoole" server. it destroyed gameplay by most people's standards.

the only attack turns we need are the 3 we get per turn

that means no market no trading turns(possibly)then I'd be happy

now i remember in my first couple of days when i got 100 supers with 100 of the best weapons(i was so proud  )

and i remember been told to use 15 turn attacks instead of 1 turn attacks(i didn't like waiting)

and of course before this market was made when it was offsite i remember asking traders to keep my name secret     (thinking back i probably should have just signed up under a different name)

then i remember those markets dying once this one was made

then i remember some later stuff but lots of that was after the ingame market was made and me convincing my officers to give me their turns(in exchange i gave them half of the naq i made from the turns)

edit: and later on i remember having a rank 7 MS until its power got upgrade 10 fold
