Slovenian Convention Confirmations

Also you people have about till the end of January/Mid-February to confirm your coming. I am sorry to push it, but the problem is that Slovenia started leading the EU and thus the prices for tourism went up overall.
These price will continue to rise, thus we need to make reservations as soon as possible.
The exact place of the location will be known after i have a full attendance list as well as when i get some info that i've inquired about.
Currently i am in the process of finding accomodations cheaply for such a huge group (40 people +
) and then i have to combine which is better in regards of party oportunity, cheap lodgings, strip joints (This option is for my friend Orpheus and REK as it seems that he's coming overseas), etc ...
Also please do N O T make any private reservations. If you have special 'needs' or 'wishes' send me a PM and i'll try to arrange something.
One more thing about the payment. Once we have confirmed attendace list and a chosen location i will make a group reservation. That said, anyone having to do with reservations knows that we'll have to make a pre-payment insurance. We don't want to get there in high hopes just to find out they sold our place cause we didn't reserve it, now do we?;)
Transportation from the Airport to the meeting place in Ljubljana will be arranged.
All the expences that will need to be payed will be payed like this:
Once i get a price check i will need the confirmed ones to send me some money over Paypal and i will make the necessary payments. Details will follow after the price check so please don't ask yet.
Oh and i'm bringing about 30 L of our best wine
Yes if this works, then it will be THE biggest SGW convention ... now we only need to get admin to attend it ...

Will be making own plans for occomodation though so dont worry yourself over it

oh and..i just found out..i'm not 100% if i'll come..more like 80%
convention is on 19th..
party near where i live is on 20th-i NEVER miss it...i was on it every year....wanna be there this year esp cause it's 3 days before i become adult...
my b-day is on 23rd ....gonna be rough
if i go to convention....i have to go home on 20th....gotta be home untill like 4-5 pm i think...
thing is i dunno how to get home?? it's saturday,trains won't be available all day,same for buses....and brdavs is the only one who is from Koroska like me...but i dunno if he will come...if he will, it's a chance he might drive me home..or i can always pay something to someone to drive me home..like six-pack for gas etc. maybe...dunno...when i figure this out,i'll be 100%...
