but as far as what your tryn to say lemme refraise for ya HE MAY HAVE MULTIPLE ACCNT the key word id may or possibly i didnt say he did or didnt

what lucky starr is trying to get across is that, admin has a lot on there hands, what we need is more info so admin can priortise or even know what to look for?
what makes you think that account MAY have multi's?
