What does Nox Insurance do? And is it worth having?

Quoting from game:

Nox Insurance drains 10% income, limits successful attacks on you, adds delay between attacks.

The first part says you can't be attacked forever while on Nox - after a number of attacks you will be 'phased out' to allow your account to rebuild. The second part says that there's a number of seconds (I think 7) after an attack when you can't be attacked (thus slowing down the destruction of your defenses).
While on Nox, though, you lose 10% of your income and 1 Glory and Reputation point per turn (if you have any).

Hehe.. I was about to say it takes 3 turns for Nox to take effect.. but I don't think that's true anymore, so I'll just shut it.

The remark in itself was called "untrue" by my choice of words. Hence, it DOES include all threads on the forum.
