i've been watching this anime, and it's got alot of comedic value, in addition to the sweet parts.

"oh, i love this person, this person who hurts himself instead of those he cares about." *PUNCH*

"what did you think i was going to do? give you a smooch?"

i'm only very disappointed with the ending. it took on a manga feel, but had the manga dialogs in japanese. "they converse" "they converse again"

it just left me feeling like things were incomplete.

i hate that!! it's hard to find an anime that can get the right ending balance with enough information, but not too much so you feel like it's been overdone! haha

i watched this one recently, i thought it was great..

sadly the ending kinda made me rate it downwards...since they leave too much open...they kinda disregard the two main chars at the end giving no real closure...

i had no real issues with the animation, i found it orignal, although not far from annoying at some times...
and i Lol-ed at that one episode where they used 0 animation and stuff like paper drawings :P

The anime was so-so, and I thin 'above it's time' since it took the 'evangelion ending'. I think it was something like it ran out of money or the producers just didn't care about it anymore.

The manga of the series is much more complete, and from what I heard is much better. I myself skipped out on episode 20 and beyond since I knew about the ending before hand e.e
