SS + ppt

gettin ss just wonderin bout specifics.
what stops the ppt, can you sell weaps and use the bank without it going.
Is it instant, i.e as soon as you buy ss you get it along with the ppt

PPT runs out when you perform an aggressive act (sabs, attacks, etc).
You can buy, transfer and upgrade without ending your PPT.
PPT should be instand (or almost so) for electronic payments. Though I'm not 100% sure about PayPal.

On your Command Center page, at the top above User Info it will say "Protected" and it will tell you for how many more minutes you have protection.

Thanks again.
One final question, are transfers to other people instant. e.g if I sent 50mil to someone will they get it straight away or do they first have to accept it.
