when raising my UP past 100000 the cost jumped from like just over 200 mill a fleet to 2 bill a fleet !? is that supposed to happen ?

Incase admin needs to know, iv payed for 500 fleets so far at the 2 bill a fleet cost, i currently have 100500 fleets.

pump up your charizma over 500

awww, i kinda enjoyed been able to buy 1000 fleets a day. yeah i been doing charisma, at some point buying charisma will become more expensive than 2 bill a fleet but thats gonna take a fair while for now since each charisma level is buying "allot" of up.

is this what is happening to me? I'm at exactly 100k and trying to increase by another 1k. the price still reads as 200mil (charisma is 200, for the difference that makes) and I've got 280bil for spending on it.

Yes, it officially jumps at 100,001 fleets. So bump it one more fleet and you will see the change.

And maybe worry about charisma for awhile...a LONG while

At 110000 it clicks up to 4bn per fleet, so enjoy those 2bn fleets while they last!!!!

yep.. every 10k fleets the modifier attached to fleets goes up by 10... sucks but get used to it. Charisma gets retardedly expensive after 500.. as in not even worth buying after 700, so fleets are the only way to go...

production to 700-800 is still far cheaper than getting charisma to 600

So work on production to increase your income making fleets still far far cheaper than Charisma

and yes its by design (to slow peoples growth) but if you balance your account well you wont have issues with growth

I pay the high end rates and I am not thinking it is so expensive. Have you seen how much DMU is left sitting out there?

Never-mind. I just realized how few Pirates there are in the verse and the limitations that are self-imposed upon ye. Get yourself in a war with someone income crazy and you will see what I mean.

its really not that much. I mean, yeah, its annoying... but its playable. and still more fun than main. my next fleet will cost me 57 bil. meh. use your turns wisely and cost wont be an issue.
