The part I of course as you can guess am reporting is the first part. A breach of rules 3 and 4 stating only one player per account and do not give out your account deails to others.

Zocko is not a cheater and neither is his wife this is a silly point in trying to get the person you are waring against banned.

from what i read it is only 1 person on that account. his wife never said she played, she could have been watching and wanted to have her say

1) Only one account per person, per game server.
2) No automated processes, macros, scripts or other 'non human being' run account activity is allowed.
3) No sharing or giving out your account details to others.
4) No logging into other people's accounts.
5) Attempts to break into accounts, the game, or otherwise disrupt or slow down the game, or server, are strictly illegal.
6) Using bugs or exploits of any kind, or knowing of and not reporting bugs or exploits, is illegal.
7) Spamming your recruiting link, or anything else related to or using our name or site, is illegal. Share the site, but please do so respectfully.
No profanity in user names, namable weapons/ships, or anywhere else on game.
9) Any breaking of the rules can result in punishment, suspension, banning, account deletion, or banning of your entire ISP.

The game rules are stated clearly, there are 2 people playing those accounts, regardless if their married or not his wife just spilled the beans from his own account.

lol omg this is classic. You refuse Zocko's challenge and now you want to try get him banned to get rid of him.. You guys truely are cowards, I don't see why you don't just stop stuffing around and avoiding his challenge. Stop looking for other means to get rid of him and just fight already.. Why bother wasting my resources thats violation of 2 if not more game rules, if his wife has an account then she's technically a multi as well.

I have over 6 trill stored up now and I was going to mass him when I got on untill I saw this.

His D is only 450 bill now, I wouldnt even need that much...

What almost38 said and "that" account was changing (she was buying weapons and farming) before and after she sent me that message too.

Read the rules guys, it says you can't share your account info or log in for other people, but it says NOTHING about having friends/spouses etc manipulating your account AFTER YOU have logged it in. His wife is 100% free to play his account as long as she doesn't log in, once it IS logged in then he can of course allow his wife to play for him until it times out.

Sending a message from someone elses account is fine, as long as that someone logged in and allowed it.
