Although on a less patronising note this happened to me after i had my ascended account restored, admin had to fix it for me.

it would be nice if you stopped being so rude.
Think that english may not be his first language... as MANY other languages aren't probably your first language.
and on topic
I'm at 2k AT so I cant see if the turn generation is happening.
If its happening for others
try attacking someone with 1 AT and see if it then starts regenerating next turn.

not that I condone violence (in game violence is fine) but I'm sure if people know/knew his ID's he would have a lot of people massing him savagely...
