People tell me he cheated and is banned. They tell me this weeks after he went on vacation mode about a month ago. So i find it hard to see how anyone would find him cheating(if he is/was) if his account has been inactive for a month. They say he is banned but there is no ostracized tag on his name which i thought means admin has not banned him yet. But if admin or someone else would direct me to a link or tell me why he was "banned" i will leave as his officer immediately.

I left him to avoid problems but if someone could still clarify as to why he is a cheater that would be awesome of you.

He was cheating just like Blackseal was.... oh wait they were the same person.
~Stars~ was not on vacation not when he got banned, he was rank 0 but there was no Ostracized.
