what is a Daimon?

ive come across many Asgaurd, Tauri, Replicator, Gou'a'uld (whatever spelling you fancy)

also for the ones with red below their names, Ancient, System Lord, NanoTIMaster and Tollan, but ive only seen one "Daimon"


what is it?

You ascend...

Then you decide to voluntarily descend yourself from ascention.

You will keep all your bonuses and higher tech.. you will, however, lose the right to ever ascend again and the blessing unless you start all over (same account, just start at 0 ascentions) and you will lose 2x as many troops as you would normally. Also, of course, no ascended account.

Live fast, die fast for daimons.

So if you were an LG+1 and daimonized yourself, you would have everything but the blessing and you couldn't ascend again.

You attack someone, you would lose 20k soldiers, you'll lose 40k. Someone attacks you, same thing.

Thats strange

The losses arent that hard only 5000 troops per 100 bil Hit you will lose

so they cant ever ascend again?

it adds up.. and also makes farming pretty unprofitable. it'd take some very creative playing to make being a daimon worth it lol.

and: yes they can ascend, but they start at 0 ascensions and have to rebuild their ascended account.

In the Game Updates the said that there is no way back so no accension either

You can switch to Asgard/Goa'uld/Replicator/Tauri (a basic race), losing your red title, bonuses, weapons and stuff, then do it all again from there. At least that's how it's supposed to be - haven't tried it myself.

So would you be able to ascend then get 1001 G&R again, then descend to Daimon Still having the 1001 to ascend again?

i believe g+r is kept when changing races
