Honestly, when I see the words "definate multi" I expect more than just similar names and ID's.

My thoughts...
Similar names = YES
Similar IDs = YES
Coincidence = unlikely to be coincidence because of names, but just because it may not be a coincidence does not mean multi
Multi = possibly.... not a definite yes!!!
There is no way that cant be a multi = there are ways that cant be a multi such as friends.... it can happen! Don't be so biased, open your eyes and think outside that box!
