God Quest - name changing

If I look at a godquest and try to search for that name and it doesnt come up, does that mean that changing your ingame name doesnt update ascention?

I'm not 100% sure . I know of several cases of name changes and they did change in GQs. What happens sometimes is a "Blank" gets coppied if you copy and paste. I also have this problem but the name is a series of symboles and not a name. I still have not located the main account.

interesting, yeah i have been typing the name that appears and noone in main has that name

the name does not come up if the player godquested is in a different plane then you or on vac mode on main
