I've read that people say that there's no difference between the races in the ascended server.
But I've also read there are differences between them (besides the powerup difference you get at the beginning, since that hardly matters) like Indu's get cheaper Def Weapons. Is that true? Out of date information? Or completely false?

And are there other differences?

The initial bonus differences are about it. Indu do have slightly cheaper def weapons, but at the low cost it real doesnt matter. I think one other race has a slight advantage but don't remeber.

Yeah with the ridiculously high APPs people are ascending with, it really doesn't make that much difference what race you choose.

People don't get ridiculously high amounts of APP's ascending, lol, they get ridiculously large amounts of DMU buying, the APP's from ascending are completely irrelevant once you become remotely powerful. Last ascention for me i got 8 turns worth of converted income in APP's, not even close to worthwhile considering my army dropped 6 million in main.

Being a DMU seller you should know this Mojo. DMU selling has done more damage to ascended than anything else, ironically it is why people like you Mojo are whining about Snipers, without DMU sellers those snipers wouldn't be able to touch you.

I know about the initial bonus upgrades.
What I was referring to was the other differences.
Like Indu having cheaper def weapons (although i know because it's so cheap it's irrelevant)
