Favorite mech?

if you could use any mecha from any anime you know, which one would you use and why?

personally, i'm fond of the ORB-01 Akatsuki

beam reflective, and uses funnels. win-win.

i dont have a pic atm, but the powered exoskeletons in Ghost In The Shell i reckon are damn cool... i think it was called the MSDF-303. not sure... similar theory to the 'landmate' design used in a few of Shirow Mesamune's projects.

Hmm. I would choose Lancelot from Code Gease.. but I would say the Type-02 Guren Mk-II is cooler :D

My overall all time favorite would be from the Macross series.

HWR-00-Mk.II Monster in particular, even though it's hardly shown and is cannon fodder most of the time. It does look like it can kick some serious ass though :D
