Manners? Conclusion Jumping?

Recently I have been reading more of this forum, and I must say at how shocked I am at some of the, well not manners but just how people just jump to conclusions so fast.
For example, a person posted that he lost an amount of naq, that he thought it was in his bank and now its not there... then someone makes a thread saying that he is a cheater/multi and should be banned all because he posted the issue was solved a few hours later. Yes it does look suspicious, but could it just be that he was tired, forgot that he had sent that 3tril to someone on ppt to look after it for him and posting here was a delayed reaction. Then upon realizing his problem had posted that it was closed and all had been worked out, that he had a msg from admin and it was all sorted. That msg could have simply said "It appears X amount of naq was sent to account Y at time Z, does this ring a bell?" Then he remembers and tells not to worry because its been sorted.
Sure looks suss, but with just that evidence some people jump very fast to conclusions.
Another situation is where someone asked what the randomness of certain planets that were created. Then a guy comes in and has the nerve to accuse him that he wants to know because hes going to make multies to try and get a duel. He apologies later saying it was a joke, but sorry the last time i checked, when you are joking over the internet you say any of the following: LOL haha jks jokes just kidding

in the post they were joking, or clearly state they were joking.
Where have the manners gone? Soon will people be accusing others that because they give a friend lower trading rates that they are multies thus meaning should be banned...
I didnt know where to post this so I just did it in general forum, What do you guys think? Sure its ok to be suspicous, but jumping to conclusions that fast with such little evidence is just rude and offencive in my oppinion.
