Can a player delete their main account and still play ascention?
If so, is this 'allowed'?

It is possible and it happens although I don't know the rules regarding it.

It is a legal tactic.
Many players have lobbied hard to remove it but to no avail. Admin deems it legal in the fact they can not increase the account as there is no "Main" account to ascend.
There is even a confirmed player who has an ascended account that the main account was deleted, and he started a new main account that is unascended. Since the two are not connected it is legal.

If he ascends then he will be in illegality because he will have 2 ascended accounts.
Even though the 2 servers are intelinked, they are still 2 different servers with different IDs than in the main.

technically its one account on each server which is fine... they just arent linked...
if he ascends with his new main account then as nigatsu pointed out he will find the water around him getting deeper

but as it stands now with 1 ascended account having no main, and 1 main account unascended, he is legal.

although he could probably ascend his new main account and not be breaking any rules providing he simply never logged into the 'lone' ascended account again. Essentially abandoning it.

Or as it has happened before, admin can tie the two accounts together. Its been done before.

whats worse is a player i know had a main and ascended account, yet their main count says they don't have an ascended account, bit unfair.
