Cheaper 3 day PPT

You can get a cheaper 3 day PPT by increasing your Officer percentage. Not sure if this is intended or not but its cheaper at 30 percent then 10 percent. Im guessing if you untrain all your miners it will make it cheaper also

Ya there are many easy ways to make 3 day PPT's cost almost nothing. I recon it should be based off of RAW up or UP in general. Like alot of other things that aviods easy "bugs" like this.
