i am just wondering if anyone else, namely on the page 1 ranks, got a peace declaration and this message ingame:

you are way too strong than me. youare way too better than me please be at peace with me later i am going to ask to join your alliance i am also going to make you my commander please be at peace with me

Along with 1 failed recon and 1 failed attack?

Now I am aware that this probably happens with the top 10 guys probably a lot with n00bs, but it's the first time it's happened to me.

However, what intrigued me was that he said later he will ask to join my alliance.... i'm not in an alliance.
And also be my officer, he didn't ask, he told me.

I'm just wondering if he did this to others today in the top 20 ranks?
It would make sense if he did it to others, but would be strange if it was only me as there is nothing special about lil old me!

I'm not going to post his ingame name, but please let me know if you got this or a similar message today.
