HELP - cannot access Forum

I do not appear to be able to access the forum as I normally do.
When accessing it from home and from work I get an H-SPHERE 404 Error Page Not Found.
I have definitely got the links right because I go to the forum from the game page, and also I am still getting PM and topic reply notifications etc but i have no joy when i click on the links in the email.
I am accessing the forum from a different PC at work that is on a completely different network and therefore different IP.
Please can Admin or someone look in to this as I find it odd that I can't access the forum on my home or work PC????????
