2 Ascended accounts

Recently I have ascended for the second time and have found out instead of having one ascended account, i have two. I think this might have something to do with it asking me to change my name because it says that my name is in use...
My main ID is 71862 and my two ascended accounts ID's are 1353 and 5439.
Anything else you need just let me know

You have access to both ascended accounts?
might want to send a pm to admin stating the one you play and which one you want deleted. I suggest you do not deascend it yourself as it will prolly turn your main account to a Damion.
You need to contact admin tho.

Did you by chance buy the account? as they may have given you details to the wrong account.

yea i have access to both accounts and no i didnt buy it. i have tried to e-mail support but no reply. the only thing is i dont want to lose all the ascension points that i got from the ascension. i will email the admin tomorrow to see what they have to say

no reply as of yet, still waiting patiently..
ive just thought, as a result my main account is suffering because of the new ascended account being soo underpowered... im wondering if i should build it up for now?

How is your main account suffering?
id say build the one your going to keep and do not mess with the other one.
expect a long wait, try to get someone to the admin meet to help you mate.

well about this time last ascension i was in G+R range with about the same amount of Def Supers and best weapons but this time my Def action is no where near what it should be, i think this is because my old ascended account is no longer associated with my main

Just so you know the power of your ascended account is irrelevant to your main accounts stats the only difference your main account experiences is the 5% bonus a new ascended level gives.
You could have rank 1 ascended account or rank 4000 it would not alter your main accounts stats at all.

ok Sue has deleted my second account so problem fixed
