Added the third option. I'm not gonna vote because I've spent so few turns that I have no clue as to how it is working.

Well... lets see...
Im rank 1... and when i try to attack someone... my attack literally cuts down by 70% at times... its quite unfortunate, and a little too much. So, yeah, i dont like the rank modifier, as i really cant attack anyone at all...

I wont vote in this .. for reasons stated .. but I think it should stay the same .. it's clear that offense is reduced alot .. but this seems to be ofcoarse varied greatly on your rank .... I quite like it

Rank modifer need to be increased!
Because every top player can attack newebies without it!!!!

OMG! NO!
I already cant attack noobs as it is
My rank 1/2 attack (various throughout the day... ) become, like, next to nothing when i attack noobs.. literally, almost nothing... no... rank modifier does NOT need to increase... and infact, only way to increase it is to make the attack literally nothing when i attack noobs <_<

why you attacking noobs anyway? do they really have enough dmu to merit it? or is it just for fun?

With the current rank modifier, they're the only ones who can be attacked.

Well the way I see it .. This rank modifier seems to work the way seeing other people's stats do ....
You need a hell of alot more .. and I personally see no problem with that
If people are too be descended it shouldn't be an easy task even for the strongest players ... which is why I think this rank modifier is good the way it is
