Ok..in ascention we have God Quest. In main we have....erm nothing....

I believe there should be a way to use covert in main to identify someones ascended being.

U want a logical reason for it? Your spies see the ascended being communicating with its lower echelons of servitude. Your ascended being gives u a piece of UBA fancy machinery that allows you to track energy signatures of s specific type, thereby allowing your ascended being to identify who your foe follow.

Any way you want to sell it, I think the option should be there.

Personally I took it as a member of the army receiving the "God like power" would be seen or heard speaking the name of the diety he was receiving power from, or would find some type of symbol representing his God.

I've suggested that everytime you meet an ascended blessing that you have a % chance to get the Dieties ID. That chance can be adjusted to the favor of the higher covert power.

Lets just say to use god quest on main you have to be a living god, i mean a prior cant do that xD wouldnt be fair his just a beginer

Well there are pros and cons to ascending..... that would be a con i guess.

Why would they care? unascended dont have a God so they dont have the option.

And the only reason un-ascended would want to know is to pass the information on to another ascended person to harass.

An un-ascended player has no use for the information other than selling if they had a reverse god quest option.

I like Semper's idea with there being a technology for this. Make it so it is an upgrade on the tech page under race tech. This means that when you spy on a fellow ascended being, that there is a chance to overhear their name being spoken by the followers. Also makes it so that unascend accounts can't find this information as it has no direct relevance to them.

semper, make a poll about this, if many ppl vote yes, admin will probably make it happen
